New! New features in HiNation HiLight 102: Temperature-based protection (TBP): Batteries are susceptible to damage in high or low temperature which shortens life expectancy. A red LED indicates when the battery is outside the optimal temperature (-5C till +60C). The charging or discharging of the battery is interrupted until the temperature is within optimal temperature ranges again.
- Hibernation Mode: Hold the button for 10 seconds and you will be able to put your HiLight in hibernation mode. This means that the battery is maintained when not in use, such as for storage over the winter and the HiLight will be ready for times of emergencies.
- Enhanced charging efficiency: Now when you connect your device to the HiLight, press button to start the charging. When your device is fully charged, HiLight will stop the charging by itself so no energy is wasted.
- iPad1: With HiLight 102, you can now charge your iPad1 (note that charging of iPad2 is not yet supported).
First delivery of HiLight 102 is scheduled for November 2011!
